Synbyte Investmetrics Ltd (INVESTMETRICS) is a registered research company licensed to offer professional and management consultation services with the basement in Dar es salaam Tanzania. Synbyte Investments Ltd provides services such as Conduct research and publication; Research report review and consultation; Data collection, processing and analysis; Report Writing; Policy Analysis & Evaluation; Academic mentorship and consultations; Entrepreneurship development and capacity Building; Project Development, Fundraising and Project Management consultations; Monitoring and Evaluation. The company promise high innovative and digital services to the local and international customers. The company works with international partners to operate and provide good research and perfectional consultation in the industry.

ESTABLISHMENT

The company was establishment by the greater companionship of board of directors to offer research and professional management consultation services in and outside Tanzania.

Digital technology now touches nearly every aspect of our lives and the challenge individuals/governments or private organization face is rarely lack of data but how to make best use of the data they have our continued investment in infrastructure and new technologies enables us to provide research expertise and data -driven solutions to a wide-range of partners from the public and private sector as well as at academic level guide. Individual, and corporate guidelines on business decision making and formulation of business strategy as well as public policy analysis.

Investmetrics data-driven solution research area aims to implement advanced and value- added innovations and solutions developed for the benefit of customers and society. For us data driven solutions enable the ongoing large-scale investment in all spheres of life

OUR SERVICE

Research and Publications: we carry out social and science research as well as undertake publications on issues related but not limited to social, economic, business and politics in and out of Tanzania. We have partnering with international publishers who are well established in journal, articles, book and book sections publication.

Educational Support and Consultations: we mentor, provide support and training to youths on research methodology. We recruit youth graduates passionate with research activities to enlist their skills on research methodology, data processing, analysis and visualization tools and manipulation.

Entrepreneurship Development and Capacity Building: we provide entrepreneurship development support and conduct training to individuals, firms and corporate on entrepreneurship skills.

Project Development, Fundraising and Project Management consultations: we provide consultation services to NGOs, public, and private companies on issues related to project development, proposal writing, fundraising, project management, accounting, monitoring and evaluations, and report writing. 

PROJECTION

The company is geared up by invention for 40 youths with almost 60% female for research methodology training to provide understanding on how to develop research, improve scientific and professional writing. The program equips participants with knowledge and skills on four modules including research introduction and foundation, research methodology, data designing and collection tools; and data analysis and visualization techniques. 

TEAM AND MANAGEMENT

The company has competent and experienced team in research; at march 2023, the company has 9 directors, among them 3 are Ph.D holders who are well established in research activities; while others are bachelor and masters holders with knowledge in data processing, visualization, monitoring and evaluation as well as project development and execution.

Human resources management

Investmetrics have accommodated 8 full time employees in some of the business department. For now, our company have employed finance and accountant officer, program officers, documentation officer, administration officer, and data analytics officers

Further, the company is currently providing internship training to 40 participants who are unlocking their skills on research methodology. Each employee assigned responsibilities and task to be accomplished, the roles and responsibility are listed during position announcement as well as explained at the moment of recruitment.
